Difficult to see where to enter as it is side of building. We were weary arrival travellers because unbeknown to us the short cut we attempted had rock damage and its not on google! Beware. Inman met us, as we were late in I was worried. Husband could not find parking at back of apartmentos so that was a stressful 20 mins and my cell was flat so Inman kindly obliged. He stood with me until hubby came to parking and was super patient. I wanted a balcony and view but got top floor. Lovely view to Neuva. Very very clean. The owner or Boss is fussy and it pays off. Bed hard and cushions too so uncomfortable but decent size. All good. An all night manned reception or late night would be good for travellers. This Boss man not welcoming as not a word said to us but Inman made up for that TG.

Like other reviewers have noted, if you have emergencies come up, they do not accommodate you. We were about 10 mins late pulling into town after missing an exit in our travels. We messaged the host 4 hours earlier asking if this would be okay with no response, letting him know we would be arriving right around 8pm as soon as we realized. We got lost in town after driving past the parking location and having to loop back (a bunch of one ways). When we finally pulled over and were safe to check our phones, no response. Called and nothing. Had we been an hour late, fair enough. But we communicated (or attempted to) that we would be arriving at this time throughout the day. I don’t recommend this place at all. The owners lack of empathy and understanding that traveling comes with emergencies and issues is disheartening and cruel.

We had arranged to meet at a nearby parking place but the owner gave us the wrong phone number. My husband went to the apartment pressed the intercom and made contact with a staff member who did not engage in further conversation and would not open the door. Therefore we had to find alternative accommodation. Our booking fee was not returned.

We had a fabulous time in this apartment, probably the best of our 3 weeks in Andalusia. The location of the apartment is fantastic, the parking is great, and the host Carlos is fabulous. We were impressed by the generosity of the lovely plate of fresh fruit left for us, the water, and the amazingly well equipped kitchen, not to mention the attentions such as the washing machine capsule and the general feeling that no time was spared when we checked in to make sure we were comfortable and that we had all the info we needed, including great recommendations for restaurants, where to go for walks, best pic angles of the bridge...and how to get great views of the bullring without spending money ! The windows are very sound proof, and we had a lift right to our apt...perfect. To be honest the pics of the apt. here don't do it justice, it's actually much nicer than it appears, and I would recommend this place highly. Carlos and his dad are both charming, thanks again!

Somos una familia de Jerez y hemos pasado un finde en Ronda encantados. Lo primero que diré es que el alojamiento es super acogedor,limpio y muy completo en todas las facetas, (calefacción, a/c, baños, menaje, ect...) En terminos de comodidad, solo comentaré que tener incluido un parking al lado del alojamiento que está en PLENO CENTRO lo que comprobarás que mas comodidad es imposible de encontrar. Y para lo último dejo lo mas destacado.... El trato tan cercano, atención y amabilidad mostrada por su anfitrión y su padre que se esfuerzan en que te encuentres como en casa. Y lo digo por que yo me he sentido así. Mi felicitación y agradecimiento a Carlos y su Padre por su labor y trabajo tan bien hecho.
