Quarto muito barulhento. Devido a janela ser de ferro, dava para escutar as pessoas passando e conversando na rua.
Chuveiro alagou o banheiro, por conta de problema no ralo.
Ar condicionado quase não esfriava.
Chão e cortinas sujos.

Infelizmente não conseguiram achar minha reserva, ligar para o escritório que realizou não era uma opção pois já era 21h00. Por muita sorte consegui encontrar numa outra conta de e-mail o número. É desgastante depois de uma viagem longa. Fora isso foi muito boa a estadia

Estive pela primeira vez neste hotel. No geral é uma boa opção de hospedagem. Quartos limpos e de bom tamanho, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã, boa localização e estacionamento amplo. O "porém" ficou por dois pontos. No meu quarto, o banheiro não tinha box, então quando tomava banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro. O segundo ponto foi o ar condicionado que não conseguia gelar o quarto. Em Rondonópolis o calor é intenso, por isso senti bastante a questão do ar condicionado. Mas voltaria a me hospedar tranquilamente.

O quarto até que é bom, porém o chuveiro (fundamental para quem viaja) muito ruim, funcionando somente a água quente. Interfone não funciona, tive que ligar para o fixo do hotel e me transferiram para a cozinha.

O hotel surpreende com a qualidade. Oferece muito conforto por um preço muito justo, tendo como referência seus concorrentes. Quartos muito bons e muito bem limpos. O café da manhã é delicioso! Estacionamento amplo, ideal para quem tem carros grandes.
