酒店接待人員熱情周到，房間設施舒適寬敞整潔，衞生間打掃得很乾凈，停車有地下車庫，酒店的早餐很豐盛，品種很多，而且該酒店價格也很實惠，以後經過這裏還會入住該酒店。

訂了兩間房，4.3日晚8:40分左右辦理入住，前台服務員態度不好，教條。要求兩間房在同一樓層，服務員説：不行，已經安排好了，不能在一層。我問她：房間都沒有了嗎？她説有，但是不能安排在一層。我就納悶了，明明同一樓層有空房 ，你明明可以調劑，你就一句話 已經安排了 不行。這是什麼邏輯和態度？我説不要最後一間房，她説：不行，你訂房的時候沒有備註。已經安排好了。我真的氣笑了，我網上沒有備註我到了前台説就不行？ 一句安排好了 。可以回答客户的一切問題啊。這麼教條？我沒有辦理入住房間號就鎖死了？我住了這麼多的酒店，你們家這種風格是第一次見，5星級酒店都沒有你們傲慢！你們這個酒店我是不會再去住了。希望你們好自為之，好好培訓服務員。別以為全世界衹有你們一家酒店。太差了。差評差評

設施：硬件還是很不錯的，熱水很好，床具也不錯，中央空調，温度很舒服。
衞生：浴室和衞生間都很乾凈整潔
環境：不錯
