What a beautiful place. So many things to do, and all so easily accessible. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is amazing! Good prices, deliscious and massive meals!
The only reason I rated 4 stars was because of the decor in the rooms. It's more a matter of personal taste really.

The play area is for small children however it is not protected and the staff left the gate open which resulted in my 3 year old grandson running towards the Dam. The parking area gate is left open, the play area does not allow parents to relax. During a storm the staff did not bring umbrellas and left us outside in the Lapa to run in with small children, a family that was drinking and braaiing all day ended up having an ongoing fight which ruined our experience. If certain things were changed it could be a lovely place to stay.

Nothing special had been made to show that it was birthday even though I had previously mentioned it. Male Waiter at restaurant literally ignored us as we walked in, white build table very unstable for a family unit I had brought kids and small ones, spider webs everywhere

Maggie was very accommodative as we were initially to go in September but she was like no ladies move it to a later date. We loved the stay even in the rain, its a wonderful place for just a staycation. Vee

The place is beautiful. First they can start by not being so racist, work on being a bit more friendly to guests. The reception was just not welcoming. Please supply sealed and clean water. Under the beds was extremely dirty. The rule about no generator after 10 pm till 6 am is ridiculous, we had a strat session during the day and some of us couldnt work at night because of this rule. Please allocate a room to be laundry that small passage under the steps is a violation of humanity.

the place is horrible. the rooms look nice on pictures, but the actual is horrible. the staff is not friendly especially reception. the food was worse than prison food. the power supply story is the most ridiculous I have ever had. bed and sheets are not comfortable. this place is just not a place for relaxation.

A very friendly, understanding and professional receptionist, Maggy. This was my second stay. Super amenities, friendly staff. Their rooms are luxurious. A home away from home. After my 1st stay I recommended it to my friends and we booked in and they were all wowed by the place. Will recommend it over and over again.

Rooms were gorgeous, they everything as seen on the website pictures. Beautiful surrounding and serene. Friendly staff. Welcoming and accommodating. Calming environment. However, the restaurant takes VERY LONG to serve the food. Restaurant plays only pure Afrikaans music, maybe play a popular radio to accommodate everyone. They need someone to monitor noice makers after 10pm and early mornings while others are asleep and resting. Overall, everything else was great!

It was my birthday, and we spent the night there. There was a group of people who made chaotic noise throughout the night, drinking and playing loud music, singing along in their rooms. I had to leave my room at 2 am and walk to the gate to call security. We didn't sleep at all and didn't have a peaceful stay. I am very disappointed with the management's response. They said if people don't comply with their rules, it's out of their hands. I expected a better reaction from them, hoping they would take responsibility and improve their monitoring mechanism to ensure a peaceful stay for all their clients.
