Phu Quoc Island Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"Pros: There is bellman service available to help us take care of our luggages when we arrived before check-in time, so we could go for lunch without our heavy baggages. Even though we rejected the enthusiastic bellman who offer to bring our luggages to our rooms, as we were not used to it, he continued to serve us graciously when we were lost (since the room numbers all starts with 1 followed by the storey). Located next to the sea with a shallow beach, Seashells is a prime location for beach swimming and kayaking. Safety signs were in placed and blow dryers were installed to prevent slipping at the ground floor. Restaurant serves delicious breakfast. Cons: We didn't receive a welcome drink that was supposed to be part of the hotel's check-in experience. The check-in timing is 3pm, unlike most other hotels that offers early check-in, this hotel doesn't. Generally, Seashells is a great stay and deserves its 5 stars rating for its location, cleanliness and facilities. Safety is a bonus point, given that lift access requires a room card. Although we did not have the opportunity to experience the sauna and steam bath, there were many options in the vicinity."

"Great hotel in Phu Quoc with a very cool view from the room balcony, especially at sunset. The room was large and the balcony was spacious as well. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. In the evening it can be a bit loud at times due to the beach bar next door. Very friendly housekeeping staff. Convenient location, within walking distance to the large King Kong supermarket and many small restaurants."

"If there were ten stars, I'd give this hotel ten stars! When you're in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a five-star hotel like this one. The island itself is a bit boring, so picking a good hotel is really important! ✅ The facilities are perfect, everything you need is there: a gym, a stunning swimming pool, a private beach, an open-air restaurant/bar, and an outdoor bar with a schedule and movie screenings in the evening. ✅ The hygiene is excellent, and the room is cleaned daily. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. ✅ The overall service was very friendly! This is key! Honestly, the service industry in Vietnam generally isn't the best, it can't compare to Thailand. Only these big hotels offer top-notch service, from the tone of their voices to how they handle things, everything makes you feel very comfortable! It was an experience that was well worth the money, and you absolutely CANNOT miss the sunset! This pool design is just gorgeous!"

"I booked a stay at Night Sea Hotel for my sister’s birthday, and the experience was amazing. I requested a birthday decoration in her room, and the hotel team really delivered. The decorations were beautiful and created such a lovely surprise for her. They even prepared a birthday cake as a gift, which made her day even more special. "The Location isnt within walking distance to anything but very easy to get around to places with a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful, the resort is big enough to not need to leave for a few days, maybe even a week ! Multiple pools and sunbeds that we didnt have to fight for, drinks and food can be delivered to the sun loungers, even at the beach. The beach club was amazing and has views of the pool and the sunset ! I recommend going there ! It seemed easy for parents to do their thing whilst their kids play in the water and a very safe atmosphere, but also as someone who doesnt have kids, they have enough areas where you dont feel surround by children and families as well. The gym is great ! They also have various classes for adults everyday at different locations around the resort. There are multiple restaurants and happy hour every evening at the beach club. Breakfast was fine - theres variety but also the same options everyday, plenty to choose from but not much day to day variety - the egg station is great ! Any kind of egg any kind of way ! - Just make sure to go early to breakfast because it gets INSANELY BUSY from around 9am , people literally fighting over watermelon chunks. Chocolate hour is really fun ! But again everyone fights for those watermelon chunks even though there are endless plates of them ... but its a free hour with chocolate fountains so not too much to complain about there ! All the restaurants are great and one of them does a different BBQ style buffet meal each evening, theres also live singers and foam parties - theres so much going on and sometimes different every single day ! Had a great time, a really lovely resort overall ! (P.s they even left a birthday cake upon arrival! So kind!)"

"This is a place I'll definitely return to for a second time! It was such a pleasant surprise! Initially, I saw many reviews about insects, ants, and geckos, so I didn't have high hopes. However, after several nights, not a single mosquito bit me. The hotel clearly takes pest control seriously, and they've even sealed up all the wooden gaps in the rooms, so there's no need to worry about geckos. The air conditioning and hot water were much better than I expected. And of course, the beautiful scenery goes without saying. The genuine and simple smiles of the staff are something I'll truly miss after leaving!"

"The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities, including free water and tea bags. We booked a sea view balcony room in the hotel's innermost building, which had key card access for guests, making it convenient to enter and exit. Below was the beach, and directly opposite were the Kissing Bridge and Sea of Kiss Theater. The cable car station was within a 5-minute walk. In the evening, we could watch fireworks from the balcony. We were on the second floor, with the restaurant and pool on the first floor. Right outside the hotel was a food street. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to the Sea of Kiss Theater show and the Kissing Bridge. However, the complimentary ATV ride and handmade coffee were almost impossible to book. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very delicious. The only downside was that the price was a bit expensive during the Spring Festival; otherwise, everything else was good."

"1. **Hotel Location:** Very convenient. It's close to bus route 17, just a 3-minute walk to the hotel, and about 5 minutes to Phu Quoc Night Market. From the room, you can watch the sunset, even from the bathtub, which is a nice touch. You can also walk from the hotel's B1 level directly to the beach, although there was a bit too much trash on the shore. 2. **Hotel Amenities:** The room's decor and color scheme were nice, and the bed was comfortable. I checked in on the 12th, and the price wasn't too bad, but by the evening of the 13th, it had jumped to over 1100 yuan. I guess because it's not a major chain hotel, the price went up on Ctrip. When I checked out on the 13th, a male and female staff member at the front desk asked me to write a good review and even wrote their names on my luggage tag for the storage. I told them I'd write it later, but then I forgot where I put the names. After I stored my luggage, I walked to Miss at Phu Quoc Night Market for a massage, then came back to the hotel to pick up my bags."

"Extraordinary front desk, energetic,no waiting time for check in, good pool for children and everyone with good quality slides,rare in hotel's, felt like water park. Kids club very nice, excellent staff there, children enjoyed very much . Breakfast also good,lot of variety for veg and nonveg, indian food less,but lot of other food,so we not feeling any compromise, excellent supply, good quality. Palm beech club associated with this hotel near beech site, good Dj,dance,with full energy, guests enjoyed.. Thanku Staff, management, everything was perfect...
