Very friendly welcome from the manager, the food (the vegetarian steak tartare) was delicious, probably one of the best vegetarian tartares I have tasted, and the staff (the waitresses) were very kind! If I am ever in the area again and need to book I will definitely return to Hotel die Perle

My coworker and I wanted to have lunch at the Perle without a reservation. We waited at the entrance to see if we could be assigned a seat. When the manager saw us, he almost jumped on us and said in a very harsh and unfriendly tone that they were fully booked and that he had to consider the kitchen and its capacity. Treating customers like this is unprofessional and unacceptable, even in stressful situations. For us, this is one of the last restaurants we would ever go to again.
