The rooms are very dirty, lots of hair from the previous guest. The mattresses have yellow stains, there are also hairs from previous guests. No matching mattress protector. There is smoke in the hallway because people are smoking there. The bathroom is moldy, dirty, black hairs everywhere and the toilet seat is torn off. In the two rooms that were inhabited.

We stayed a few days and nothing to reiterate. The hotel was very comfortable (It is necessary to respect the schedules but it is mentioned well so ...) The EQUIPE is very sympa and aux petites soins. L'appartement était spacieux. Pour le rapport qualité prix c'était parfait. Parking à disposition, beau piscine ...

Seconde expérience après une première fois il y a trois ans, moins bien que la précédente. Emplacement : certes en face de la mer mais elle est sale à cet endroit (la plage de la gaillarde est bien mieux), proche commerces, bateaux et fête foraine  Service : personnel serviable réception et service technique, en revanche l'agent de sécurité de la piscine ne gère rien à part passer son temps au téléphone  Appartement : assez sommaire mais fonctionnel et propre et heureusement la clim, dommage que la terrasse en dernier étage soit tant exposée à la chaleur sans store ou toit, frigo qui ferme mal Piscine : grande et agréable, assez de parasols, mais eau beaucoup trop chaude ça ne rafraîchit pas il faudrait baisser de quelques degrés  Restaurant : Nous avions connu et apprécié le restaurant expérimenté en demi-pension il y a 3 ans. De retour pour une semaine de demi-pension et catastrophe... Petit déjeuner : viennoiseries mal décongelées, même pas de baguette, des insectes dans les jus de fruits, heureusement des oranges à presser seuls pour avoir du bon jus et parfois des crêpes qui semblent maison. C'est la loterie en fonction du jour et heure où l'on se présente. Repas :  Entrées : toujours à peu près pareil toute la semaine, passable sans grand intérêt  Plats : tous les jours pareil une viande rouge frites ou un poisson riz, aucun effort de présentation, on décongèle et on sert, et pas vraiment écologique de servir autant de viande rouge même un jour sur deux aussi en entrée. Sans parler des plats qui arrivent pas assez ou trop cuits une fois sur deux. Desserts : insipides, du décongelé encore, même pas une salade de fruits frais, que des pâtisseries de mauvais goût Service : le personnel est gentil, mais il faudrait sacrément les former tout de même... Extrêmement long, on nous oublie parfois, on se trompe de table, de menu, de personne à qui souhaiter son anniversaire... Prix : avec la demi-pension, c'est aussi cher qu'une semaine au club Med mais de bien moins bonne qualité et sans la pension complète, le sport, le club enfants, etc... C'est hors de prix, on paye la côte d'azur je suppose. On ne reviendra pas une autre fois dans cette résidence à cause du changement de restauration. Dommage, l'ancien restaurant était très bon.
