Résidence parfaite avec des enfants , piscine surveillée,plage juste en face. Possibilité de louer une machine à laver. Logement spacieux et propre. Terrasse donnant sur le golf , ultra grande faisant le tour de l'appart, vue agréable. Personnel souriant et agréable

We liked the freshness and cleanliness of the property.
Need a kettle in the kitchen.
Didn't like the box telling us we HAD to clean our kitchen in departure.
We didn't like the pressure the reception staff were put under when checking in and out guests. Ridiculous to expect 2 people or even one on check out to do all the paperwork, it should be automated like Premier Inn.
People were getting annoyed and rude which could be avoided.
We waited 35 mins to check in and 25 to check out and that was quick.

O apartamento, T2 onde fiquei, ótimo para 2 casais. A localização muito panorama escassos metros da melhor praia de Roquetas. Mas como não há bela sem se não, durante a estadia apenas mudaram roupa de cama e toalhas uma vez e sem qualquer outro tipo de limpeza por parte das funcionárias. A piscina numa 2f mudou o horário fechando às 19h, muito cedo em agosto, apanhando-nos hóspedes de surpresa. Horário da recepção não é cumprido pelos funcionários. Tem tudo para ser espetacular mas a gestão deste empreendimento hoteleiro deixa muito a desejar.

La piscina es pequeña y con pocas hamacas para todos los apartamentos que hay. El socorrista estaba más con el móvil que haciendo su trabajo. Las paredes del apartamento estaban muy sucias, tenían hasta boquetes. El forro del colchón del sofá también estaba muy sucio, nadie pudo dormir ahi. Al hacer el cheking tienes que dar 200€ de fianza. Tienes que dejar recogida la cocina y tirar la basura al irte del alojamiento. Vaya que las limpiadoras solo cambian las sábanas, haces tu su trabajo. Los apartamentos que dan al campo de golf son los más tranquilos. La playa no está cerca. Está caminando a unos 10 minutos. Por el precio que tiene la noche no merece la pena aloj**** aqui. El secador estaba roto y en el baño que hay al lado de las habitaciones caía agua por dos agujeros que había en el techo.
