Habitacion grande y cómoda aunque faltaríaotra silla y más enchufes o ponerlos en sitios másaccesibles, colchón y almohadas muy bien. Bufet correcto. Personal de animación un poco justos. Instalaciones excelentes. Trabajadores muy amables y eficientes.

La ubicación y el personal son excelentes. La comida es aceptable. La animación es muy pobre. Estuvimos 10 días en Abril 2024 con amigos con el Imserso. Sugerencia: cambiar la animación, se hace muy aburrida, especialmente por la noche.

Debe mejorar en las comidas y en la mala organización en la cocina,con deficiencia en reponer comidas, el personal fantástico pero creo q excaso, el resto del hotel limpio,espacioso,habitaciones geniales llimpias y grandes, debería de dar una vuelta a la animación.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, la comida también muy correcta. Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fueron los turnos de comida tan raros. Normalmente existe un horario de comidas, y si hay turnos es el primer y segundo turno, no como aquí que para desayunar teníamos el segundo, Isra comer el primero y para cenar el segundo, nos pareció muy raro. La animación fue un poco pobre.

Last day here & had a nice time, mainly Spanish guests, evening entertainment also in Spanish, no need to get up early to get a sun bed, plenty anytime. Lots of choice in restaurant, food was never that hot & at busy times was hard to find a clean table, overall hotel is good & very reasonably priced. 😁

Pros...nice big apartment, very comfortable beds, fantastic views from our balcony, quiet room on top floor, fab location right at the beach, brilliant maid service and bed linen and towels changed frequently
Cons...the apartment needs updating. The equipment and furniture was sp****, there should be a non smoking area at the pool, the lifts were very slow
Apart from these few grumbles, we had a lovely stay and will book again sometime
