Tuve un pequeño problema, porque el mismo día de salida me dejé olvidada una sudadera de Adidas y al llegar a otro destino que era Aguadulce que está a quince minutos me di cuenta que me la dejé olvidada allí,he estado tres días llamando y me contestan que no la tienen,me han dado largas y no me han dicho nada,por lo demás la estancia y el hotel muy bien

Highly recommended hotel, the decoration is very beautiful, the rooms are recently renovated, very spacious and all the facilities are very clean. The dining room is very good, everything is well cooked and flavorful. Easy parking in surroundings.

Everything was great, very well attended restaurant, very comfortable rooms, special thanks to Álex and M from entertainment for being great professionals taking care of the little ones and making their stay very fun. Food was lukewarm most of the time. The fried eggs were prepared 10 minutes before the guests entered the restaurant. Morality, cold eggs. The hotplates were not functional. Food lukewarm all the time. Fortunately, the fruit and ice cream were at temperature. And the drinks, very cold. The only positive point: the members of the dining room staff who went out of their way to be friendly despite a negative a**osphere.

The hotel is disrespectful to tourists and a scam to put it in a decent way. I made a reservation in a sea view room with half board, that is, with dinner included, I paid 1800 cup (daily) for said half board and what they gave me (looking at the prices of those same dishes in the restaurant) did not reach 600 cup . Where are the remaining 1200 cups of what I paid? The elevator (only one of the four existing ones works) was out of service due to the negligence of a maintenance worker who forgot to remove the motor from the water and the elevator filled with water when the tanks were launched; It took three days for them to extract the water from the elevator and after two days after removing the water they had not even opened the elevator to do the electricity tests and put it into operation. Even so, the maintenance manager has the luxury of not going to work on Saturdays or Sundays. Many tourists protesting without the slightest attention being paid to their complaints ended up leaving the facility. I left the facility on Sunday afternoon when my departure was on Wednesday, since I had paid until Wednesday because I am suffering from a sciatic nerve crisis and it was impossible for me to continue going down and up the stairs to the seventh floor. Needless to say, there's no way to get the money back. The hotel manager did not show his face at any time, speaking of the few times he is in the facility. ALERT AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL TO ANYONE, unless they want to be scammed, mistreated and spend the most horrible days of their lives.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend in a very comfortable apar**ent with views of the pool, no detail was missing. The hotel has beautiful decoration and pool. The buffet is very good, the kitchen is very good. I would repeat for sure. The only thing that would improve are the pillows and at the buffet dinners a little more variety in cold dinners and fish, otherwise everything is good.
