El hotel en si no está nada mal, el personal de comedor atentos, a los chicos de animación un 20 sobre todo a el chico que nos hizo el bingo una noche nos lo hizo pasar fenomenal, la comida muy mejorable, el comedor muy estrecho de mesa a mesa, la gente pasa y te empuja sin querer claro está, las barras donde está el bufete super estrechas, pero lo que más me cabreo es que a el recepcionista le pidiera una abitacion alta y me puso muchísimos inconvenientes, de echo no nos la dio, otra cosa que vi mal, tengo una minusvalía y pedi plato de ducha a lo cual me contestaron que todo el mundo estaba así, que si queria plato tenia que pagar suplemento, os juro que he estado en mas de 60 hoteles y es el primero que me pasa esto, le dije que hacia donde daba la abitación con vista a la piscina, y aqui os dejo mis maravillosas vistas...o sea que somos mayores pero no tontos y mucho menos borregos. No pase mis días bien por lo que no volveré.

Mi marido y yo no podemos estar más contentos con la experiencia, es la primera vez que vamos con el IMSERSO y estamos sorprendidos, la amabilidad en la recepción el día que llegamos (Donato) , la limpieza, la habitación y la comida sobre todo, ha sido de 10, gracias al encargado de cocina RAFAEL, por su dedicación a la cocina, estaba todo muy bueno y no es fácil cocinar para 10 días seguidos sin aburrirte de comer lo mismo. Gracias Rafael, gracias todo el equipo de Playasol. Un abrazo desde el País Vasco (Gernika).

Hotel Playasol(Roquetas de Mar,Almería). Un hotel que cumple con las expectativas del Cliente. Alojamiento a través del "Programa de Vacaciones para Mayores,IMSERSO". Excelente trato,amabilidad y paciencia pese a la gran ocupación de Clientes. Limpieza en habitaciones y confor de cama y mobiliario en algunas de las habitaciones reformadas y que es deseable se haga extensible al resto la reforma posibilitando su ocupación sin distinción. Mención especial al Dpto.de Recepción por dar respuesta a cuantas preguntas se les plantee con paciencia,resignación y un buen gesto.

Nosotros hemos estado hasta el día 9 en un viaje del inserso, las habitaciones, comidas y personal bastante bien, solo me atrevería a dar una sugerencia al responsable del comedor, por favor no permitan que se entre en la estancia en ropa de baño... en nuestra opinión desmerecer la categoría del hotel.
