The room was a little deteriorated and the cleaning was regular, the buffet was very good but there was a misunderstanding with the parking for the motorcycle.

We arrived late in the afternoon and I thought there were quite a few people at the reception and checking in was quite quick. Varied and complete breakfast. The relationship with the price of the room is very positive. The room is spacious and the shower is very comfortable. We got a sea view room. I will repeat.

Lovely friendly hotel, right near the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Great bus service outside the hotel. Staff smiley, friendly and very helpful. Had a lovely sea view room on the 2nd floor. Lots of food variety.

Excelente todos los servicios, las comidas muy bien hechas y mucha variedad. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Lo único que no nos justo a ninguna de las personas que íbamos, fue a la hora de hacer el chekin que nos propusiera una habitación , según la recepcionista mejor. ( pero claro con un sobrecoste de 54€). No nos pareció muy normal. Por cierto un poco antipática. Para mí opinión la animación mí valoración excelente un 20. José súper gracioso. Aunque por la noche pasamos frío. Creo que fue muy precipitado sacarlo a la piscina. PERO ES UN HOTEL QUE LO RECOMIENDO. VOLVERÉ

Positive points..... Hotel was spotless, recently done up by the looks of things. Domestic staff always keep on top of things. Negative points..... apart from when calling the bingo numbers the entertainment didn't speak in English which ment we were left out of alot of things. The daytime activities don't tell you where to meet and they only go round 1 of the 2 pools to let people know about them. I was there for 10 days and only realised they did activities after 5 days as I was using the other pool. All inclusive snack bar was disgusting. Food was put there in a morning and was never refreshed.... freezing cold and rubbery. Main food was not labeled for allergies and was cold and mainly fish in or on everything. Which made eating very limited. Was doing building work while there. I made the most of what I could but as a solo English person wouldn't go again or recommend to anyone. Any other people I spoke to said the same about the food.
