Fui por una noche. Habitación correcta. Desayuno regular. Las camas son de 1 plaza chica. Buena ubicación. Muy buen servicio. Le falta mucho para ser un 4 estrellas. En la habitación no hay cafetera, pava electrica. El frigobar no tiene ni agua.

I stayed here for the first time in 2014 and in 2023 I returned. The first time I felt that it was a product with potential but this time I didn't feel comfortable at all. The sheets were not for the bed I ordered, they were short. Small padding. They seem to have problems with clothes. Bad maintenance and average breakfast. There is also a lack of personnel, it is clear that they made a reduction in the pandemic and it is difficult for them to replace them. The truth is that it made me sad to see such a beautiful building in such conditions. As a Hotel Manager I see that the management carried out by the Hotel is not satisfactory at all. I wouldn't go back, there are better hotels with similar rates.

Good location, comfortable and clean facilities. I lack soap for the shower and the hot water is difficult to come out at a comfortable temperature. I have been using the Amerian chain for 15 years. And in recent months I visited three of their hotels. Chaco Córdoba and Rosario. And the quality really went down noticeably. They are without maintenance. Especially in Rosario. That the bed was expired and not only did I fall, but we couldn't rest. The sheets were stained and the cleaning was a disaster. Breakfast until 10, we go down at 9:30 and without telling anyone they dismantle at 10 o'clock without having anything else to grab. Scrambled eggs ordered from the kitchen, burnt, poor breakfast. Half point facilities. Fake 4 star hotel. They are a two. I hope they improve for the better. If you can, choose another.

I stayed two nights. Excellent attention and willingness of employees. I had a personal problem and they resolved it instantly. Impeccable location and cleanliness. Very complete breakfast.
Not satisfied with the Parking issue. I understood that it was in the rate, but when I checked out they charged me for it. Outside of this, the hotel 10 points.
