Bad hotel. The room had dirty carpets and a filthy air conditioning outlet. It looked like a museum room. Infested with mosquitoes. Dirty and smelly bathroom. The manager said she was from the city but the competing hotel did not have mosquitoes on the premises. When I informed that I was going to leave, they imposed a fine without me having signed any paper. THEY PASSED MY CARD WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. Improper use of the card.

Very good hotel in some things it stayed in time. Eg. Bathrooms.
And the weak breakfast. There was no squeezed juice or fresh fruits. Just apple and orange salad. Very good attention. Very attentive and cordial.

We arrived after 14 hours of traveling, there was no garage, they gave us a dirty room, with used diapers in the bathroom basket, a nauseating smell throughout the room. The dirty elevator. It took them almost an hour to change our room. Very poor breakfast, far from being 4 stars. We won't go again, very bad experience.

The reception manager's treatment was irreverent and aggressive. When I booked I called to ensure parking but upon arrival they told me that it is subject to availability and that they had already occupied it, leaving my car in front of the hotel. The hotel is ok and the room is nice but I am sure there’re better places to stay in Rosario.

I must admit that the rooms are really big, the bed is good, comfortable, but the rest is extremely old and poorly maintained. Carpet with many flaws. Bathroom with infiltration in the shower, all old equipment. Good breakfast, without major details, very friendly person responsible for the coffee.
