La habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia y bien iluminada, tanto por la luz natural como por la artificial, lo que creó un ambiente acogedor. Además, la cama, el colchón y las almohadas eran de alta calidad, garantizando un descanso reparador. En el baño, me complació encontrar una buena presión de agua en la ducha, lo que siempre es un plus al regresar al hotel después de un día de actividades. Uno de los puntos destacados fue el desayuno, que no solo fue bueno, sino también variado, lo que me permitió comenzar el día con energía. Sin embargo, hay áreas que podrían mejor****. El ascensor podría necesitar una actualización para brindar un servicio más eficiente, la televisión en la habitación podría moderniz**** y la señal de wifi podría reforz**** para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes.

Lugar que no hace honor a la cadena, nos dieron la habitación 523, entramos y había mucho olor a materia fecal, nos dio arcadas, fuimos a la recepción comentamos el problema y nos dieron la hab 723, las toallas muy gastadas al igual que las sábanas que se deshilachaban, las sábanas de la almohada tenía tres gotas de sangre secas. Para ir a la piscina climatizada te morís de frío. Muy malooooo el lugar. No recomendable para nada, viejo en todo aspecto. El estacionamiento te mandan a la esquina a un lavadero de autos al aire libre, lo cual fui a buscar el vehículo para retirarme y estaba todo salpicado y mojado por los autos que están lavando.

Bien, el hotel no cumple con lo que informa, la piscina climatizada en reparacion, detalles importantes en el desayuno, y la ducha con incovenientes, no aclararon lo del valet parking no existia.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas, el desayuno no es nada del otro mundo, jamon queso, una tarta y despues medialunas y alguna que otra torta, el dia que ponen huevos revueltos esta frio, todo lo demas que uno se imagina de un 4 estrellas escasea,(no es lo que muestra la pagina del hotel) El gimnasio evidentemente no funciona desde hace tiempo...El sauna o baño turco hay que pedir turno con anticipacion porque lo tienen que prender, una cosa muy rara-----las cocheras son pequeñas---el baño descuidado, la ducha estaba rota (hab 825) no ponen gorritas para el cabello. Bastante ruidoso todo. Cuando reserve en despegar me decia que el precio a pagar en el hotel era otro al que ellos me cobraron, dandome explicaciones que en mi boucher no lo decia, ademas me hablaban de un dolar oficial estando el hotel en la argentina y yo siendo argentino, en fin. La piscina es pequeña y la que es cubierta hay que pasar por un lugar abierto para llegar al ascensor (lindo para cuando hace frio) El personal es amable.por lo menos.

A mi parecer fue un hotel bastante preparado. las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidados. tenían lugares de entretenimiento y relajación. los desayunos eran muy completos y extensos. dl hotel no estaba muy bien ubicado, lejos del centro
