Great location with a lot of potential, but still a lot to improve!! 1 - Our stay was 3 nights and none of the days were cleaned, we only received new towels because we asked for them at reception, there are no amenities, shampoo, shower gel, we had to buy them because we hadn't taken them on the flight; 2 - On the day of check out, they woke us up before 8:30 am to find out what time we were leaving, when check out was until 11 am; 3 - Shortly afterwards we heard the sound of the door opening and when we checked, it was already the next guest who had been given an early check in, we were all amazed at the situation... 4 - The reception is closed on holidays and weekends , so we only had contact with someone for 1 day throughout our stay!

I loved my stay in these apar**ents, certainly when I return to the Azores and more specifically to São Miguel, I will stay in the same place, thank you. Family-friendly, welcoming, the cleaning could have been a little better, but otherwise it was excellent.

It was clean, spacious and neat. Just a very decent place to stay. We only tried the television the last day. The visual was grainy. After using hot water a machine on the terras was turned on. It made a humming noise, like a fan, but this didn't last too long, just until the hot water was refilled. I was here with my parents.

We loved our stay at this place. Everything was clean and the house was very welcoming for a family of 4 people. D. Graça is very friendly and helpful. Everything went very well and we recommend it. We want to return to this paradise very soon.

The lady at reception was very polite and welcoming. You can buy drinks from the reception area/bar which was nice. The villa was spacious and had everything that we needed. We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here for longer if we stayed in Sao Miguel again.
