The property is "ok". The room I stayed in was a bit loud as it was next to the hotel office where people work. The rooms are quite basic and not bad but not great. Not sure I'd stay again. Staff was very friendly and nice though.

We were there for high school hockey. Great little town. AmericInn was nice. The only thing I will say is do not get room 112. It is poolside and loud.

Everything from the cleanliness of both my room and the common areas, The breakfast and the great staff, I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. I've been coming to Roseau for 10 years.
