3-Star Hotels in Rosebud

First of all, the location selection is directly related to my itinerary. Before we stayed, we went to the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and drove here. It only takes 20 minutes. The next day, our trip is to go to the magic garden on the top of Arthur Seat National Park. It takes 15 minutes, so it is very convenient for us. The hotel equipment is a bit old but it is enough for us to live comfortably. It is a good experience.

By its website and advertising online through TripAdvisor and Booking.com it presents as a resort. Not the case, however, as it is a motel. This is only apparent on arrival, where they not longer hide the fact and you see signs for Fairways Resort Motel and the layout of a motel, plain as day. I'd give them this, it is pretty good for a motel. There was room service every day to make the bed, refresh the towels and amenities and it was done discreetly and promptly after we left each. The room was clean and check in was easy. Overall, however, a motel but not what I signed up. I feel misled by some good website design and I was disappointed to find a motel rather than a resort. Realising when you arrive ensures it is too late to find new accommodation, so I felt stuck and like the wool had been pulled over my eyes.
