The only thing I'm having an issue with is that being a local I had to pay a security deposit. Which I understand. But getting the credit back to my back account is an issue. They deduct it in a few minutes but it takes days to give it back?? Makes zero sense. Considering it's a slow time of year

The room is relatively small, the bed is also small and old, the bathroom is particularly small, not suitable for people with high requirements, the location is on the roadside, we drove for convenience, and checked in very late, which is a bit regrettable.

We live out of state getting married in Oregon. I called a few hotels looking for block of rooms to accommodate bridal party and guest NO ONE was more helpful or as nice as Crystal. Crystal was very patient and friendly with me through out the entire experience even helping me with last minute wedding emergencies. EVERY employee here was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, rooms nice and good breakfast. We travel a lot to many states and this was by far the most welcoming place we've ever stayed. Everyone at the hotel made this such a great experience! I definitely recommend staying here.
