The staff was super nice, very fast check in, I had a room with a balcony with the view of the river and it was stunning. I thought it would be louder with the motel near the main road, but it was actually pretty quiet. I would definitely stay here again,

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Bedsheets had hairs all over them. Luckily we had our own bedding. We could hear our neighbors conversations but they were quiet throughout the night. Bugs in the corner near smoke detector, caught in a spider web. Shower shelves were dirty, perhaps sand? Not sure. The customer service desk has great service and friendly staff. Breakfast provided if requested.

The staff were friendly and room clean. No hair dryer and heating cooling system temperature control was broken. I found a remote control later that did work the temperature control but that was after using a pen to work the button behind the missing knob. Breakfast is terrible unless all you want is cold cereal, instant oatmeal and bagels , yogurt.

This was one of the best experiences we've had crossing the continent. From the first phone call through check out, the staff was so far above the normal in custom service I thought we had entered Disney World. Even prior to check in, Ann went above and beyond to assist in managing our special requests, late check-in and getting us directions. She could lead classes in custom service and making people feel special and important. Breakfast started super early which we really appreciated so we could get a jump on the day. Thank you! Great people! Great experience!

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but due to weather conditions we left a day early to avoid snow conditions. Amanda helped us secure a reservation in Medford area. She even called asister motel and made reservations for us. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly suggest this facility.
