A delightful, clean hotel with a wonderful check clerk (looking at you, Ann!). The hotel is situated on the river front and I was fortunate enough to have a room overlooking the river. A short walk and one is riverside with PADDED benches to sit on. My room was spacious, clean and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a balm to the soul after a hard day of driving. The breakfast in the lobby is plentiful; cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, bagels, milk and other goodies. The coffee was outstanding! The hotel is located close to the I 5 as well as being convenient to downtown Roseburg. I recommend this hotel with five stars.

Staff was amazing. Bed was comfortable shower good and hot. It is a lil older but the room was really nice. They made you a lil breakfast tray each morning. I was late and they made me another one. Really pleasant staff.

The property is quite old and seems to be maintained at the bare minimum. It definitely needs a facelift and was not as super clean as advertised.

HVAC wall unit was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. Internet was out due to storm which I can understand but should have been informed of this on check in. Cleck in staff very nice and made me feel safe after arrival late in dark after long day of travel.

This property is easy to get to and convenient. The rooms were small but clean and were adequate for what we needed. The price was so inexpensive and it was actually a great value for what it is. Comfortable beds, decent shower water pressure and you can place an order the night before for breakfast the next morning. One downside is your room cleaning is on a 3 day rotation so we had to get extra towels from the office.
