Room was extremely clean and staff was very nice. Plenty of parking. Free breakfast. 24 hour free coffee. Workout room available. Pool available also. Checking in was very easy and very fast. The lobby was very nice and clean with Plenty of places to sit.

Michele at front desk was friendly, easy going, informative, and helpful. From meeting her at check in until end of stay! I called her to the room for assistance with tv and she came up to help within less than 5mins. Only thing we did not like about our stay is that we could not watch anything but regular tv channels. No games, YouTube or movie apps can be downloaded. Also our room was a smoke free room but it’s smelt like cigarette smoke as soon as we walked in. Lastly, the elevator was extremely slow. I was scared to use it because I thought I’d get stuck due to its slow functioning. Other than that I enjoyed my time there.

The hotel was horrible. The location sucks. The bed and pillows were horrible and I didn’t sleep good one bit. The shower was clogged and I had to unclog it myself (they clearly don’t do a good check after every check out).

3rd World Experience, Overpriced, Poorly Maintained, Scary Elevator (with a mind of it's own). After a Losey night's sleep on the worst sagging mattress went down to the lobby for coffee & breakfast @ 7:30. Selection was the pits and the only "pump thermos" was out of coffee. Asked the front desk to have someone tend to that & got attitude!

Room was clean, bed was horrible and pillow were not good at all, marshmallow like. Bring your own body wash, my room had none. Ice very limited on floors. Quiet, though. Close th 95!

There were a few things that i didnt feel comfortable about, but i was too tired to inform the front desk. Everything i needed was at my finger tips. Good place to say.
