My stay at Rydges Parramatta exceeded all expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire visit.
The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Parramatta, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Rydges Parramatta offers convenience without compromising on comfort.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of exploring or meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request and were always eager to assist with a friendly smile. Whether it was recommending a local restaurant or arranging transportation, their attention to detail truly made me feel like a valued guest.
The amenities at Rydges Parramatta are top-notch. I enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool and unwinding in the sauna after a busy day.

住進去的感覺一般，房間安排靠近馬路那邊，所以汽車的聲音很大，聽起來都睡不着，早餐卻很一般，東西選擇不多，房間的設備比較舊，地毯好舊的感覺，周圍吃的東西不多，要走大概十分鐘，有個小鎮有麥當勞和肯德基吃

前台的服務員很有禮貌，把護照忘記在車裡了，還擔心不能順利入住，結果衹給了訂單截圖入住憑證就給辦理登記給了房卡，感覺很温馨。

Hotel is at a good location, about 2 minutes drive to markets and restaurants. Amenities were good, it has a decent gym, pool (not warm), jacuzzi (warm) and sauna. Staff were polite, I did not quite like the fact that someone goes to your room everyday in the morning opening the room door with us inside the room to check the minibar, I have asked the reception to not let that happen but it continued. Other than that the hotel is great, I would stay again.
