The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast wasn't included, but there's a buffet downstairs for $20 per person.

The hygiene was so-so. The room's soundproofing wasn't great. Hotel service was pretty average. It's close to the airport.

This is the biggest airport hotel room I've lived in, the front desk was helpful and the airport shuttle service was also helpful for my night of transit

Shuttle service to the airport is unreliable. Schedule is not being followed. We were told it would be every 30 mins. However, that is not the case.

Convenient location, opposite a restaurant; can arrange early check-in, shuttle bus runs twice an hour, but charged extra occupancy tax USD18.8 without knowing it
