I checked in first night and the room had a dirty towel left on from the last guest...also my tv didn't work. So I asked them to look at it 4x and no one came. It's been a terrible stay and would like a refund. Can someone from trip call me because I have pictures and everything and i shouldn't pay for something that is less comfortable than a car.

The staff was nice. The pool and hot tub were closed, due to maintenance apparently. I appreciated the continental breakfast. However, they were out of orange juice and the regular coffee was where the decaf was and hot water was where the coffee goes and there was 1 of the 2 milk dispensers was working.

The hotel is very old one day, the sheets, tables and curtains are all broken, and they are all dirty, it can be seen that they are stains for a long time. There is a large mirror next to the bed, which is a little strange. There was an indescribable smell in the room. There was a trash can in the living room, and I moved it to the toilet. It's not very soundproof, you can hear the music next door talking. But it's a lot of space and it's safe. The price is cheap. It is less than 2k RMB to temporarily book two rooms for two nights in the peak season, but the price is proportional to the room. If it weren't for the fact that the common partner had to find the cheapest one, I would not choose this one.

The bathroom was so dirty, pillowcases and bedsheets are so messy and wrinkled. The place os overall very dirty and the staff member who welcomes us was so rude and couldn’t find our reservation. He told us system is down and he can’t find our reservations and with bad mannerism he keep telling me to call ******* even if I am showing him my receipt and reservation number. Am stuff was more friendly and polite, not enough face towels and soups in the room.
Also we was disturbed by police officers who show up to arrest someone from the property we didn’t feel safe at all.

It was really a very unpleasant experience, we arrived and we paid online and upon arrival they asked us for a deposit of 100 dollars. I went up to the room, the TV didn't work and neither did the refrigerator. They moved us in the night when we arrived at 3 in the afternoon. When we changed rooms the next time, the refrigerator didn't work and neither did the air conditioning. They had to move us again. Breakfast was not pleasant, although I appreciate even eating a piece of bread.
