My first time at a heritage, and I was pleasantly surprised everything was what it should’ve been. Even the breakfast was more than what I expected and pets are allowed. Great I hope you love you too take my word for it.

The bathtub/shower is a safety hazard. You have to step down into it approximately 2 feet. Safety bars are not positioned correctly for this and a person could easily slip and fall.
This room needs a new mattress. This one was uncomfortable to both my husband and I. Room was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly. Would stay again but not in room 103 due to bed and bathtub.

Loved the fact that our room was all flooring and not carpet however floor was not swept well especially in the bathroom and near the sliding glass door.

Our stay was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was our key to the room kept getting demagnetized and wouldn't work. But the staff was able to fix that quickly. The early check in and late check out was so helpful too! We will definitely stay here again for future volley ball tournaments.
