My first time at a heritage, and I was pleasantly surprised everything was what it should’ve been. Even the breakfast was more than what I expected and pets are allowed. Great I hope you love you too take my word for it.

Great staff and pleasantly surprised by the inside of the rooms. Fron the outside we were a little concerned. But once we opened the door to the room we were stunned by the remodel work. We will return. Only downside was we were accidentally double charged

Blood stains on carpet, door doesn’t close all the way. Room key stopped working 4 times, people coming going all night, I could open the door with any card by slipping it on the side where the latch is. Not secure with your belongings.

There was stains in the sheets and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night, did not feel safe with my wife and my baby.

As NON SMOKERS we were charged
$150 for smoking in a filthy room that already had cigarette burns and stains on everything & smelled of smoke and mildew. This happened to us on 2 separate occasions. I believe they make extra money this way. The staff is extremely rude. So many other reasons to avoid this place.

Since I was traveling from out of state and do not know the area I was choosing between places that offer breakfast. there were several options. when I went to get breakfast, the 2 receptionists were very rude. they did not have cups or water so nothing to drink. I was surprised because having water or coffee is a minimum standard at a hotel that claims to offer breakfast. the ladies were rude about it as well.
the day I checked in found hair in the bathtub and hair in the 'clean' towel. also the internet connection did not work properly, which was a another scam. I felt inside that deserved a full refund.

We really liked the spacious clean room. King bed was super comfy. Was quiet and perfect for our one night stay
