The Hotel is just fine and the morning breakfast is ok. The main issue was we booked a stay for 7 nights and only got the room cleaned once. They only do every other day room service that I had no problem with. The issue was we didn’t leave the room everyday until 10:30 so we had the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door. We found out, (on the 5th day even calling the front desk on the 3rd and 4th day of our stay) if you have the “Do not Disturb “ sign on the door at 8:30 in the morning your room won’t be cleaned. I was told that the manager walks the halls at 8:30 and notes the rooms to be cleaned for the day. If the sign is out at 8:30 you’re out of luck even if it’s your day for cleaning. I’m a Diamond Hilton member and have traveled extensively and I have never run into a policy like that. On several occasions the maid staff saw us leave and remove the “Do not Disturb “ but I guess that’s not good enough. They should rethink this policy.

Nicely updated and comfortable property. Limited streaming options and slow internet, I brought WiFi so it didn’t adversely affect me. If you expect to connect to all streaming services bring a firestick or Roku and have portable WiFi.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Limited food choices in walking didtance, but Roku Japanese restaurant was fantastic. Juliana at the front desk was funny and very helpful.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and Adult kids. We stayed overnight to attend a comedy show at Thunder Valley. Convenient location and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.
