The unit was quite small. Front reception were very friendly. We missed our original check in date, but they couldn't refund or give credit over this.

Walked in to a still dirty room, black mold on the back of a peeling door, trundle bed still made and stained from last guests which hadn't been pulled out so the children were greeted with dirt and food when they had started setting up. The trip continued to worsen, whole the lady I reception came to look and sent back the cleaners, who were not happy clearly that their skimp job was called out. We went to the gorgeous looking pool this went well until I noticed the thick green moss on certain edges of the pool and the waterfall. We returned to our room, the shower flooded and we lost anything dry in the room. A black thick hair was found with our cutlery as well as god knows what else was in there. The frypan wasn't cleaned and food particles clung to the only melted and damaged spatula not that it mattered as the stove didn't work anyway

The room I stayed in, the courtyard was covered in dirt and leaves, I checked in at 4.30pm. There was no information on how to connect to the wifi. There was no parking available. The designated smoking area was the BBQ area where people are preparing food.

We had a great stay! The room was cool and very clean upon our arrival. The ocean view was stunning! We needed to get in contact with staff after hours and got help almost immediately - even though the reception was closed since over an hour back. An amazing stay that exceeded our expectations!

The pool was small for the size if the complex. As a middle age person was not comfortable utilising the pool when it was full ALL day with a very large number of children.
