We stayed 3 nights in early February 2024. As we were straightening up on preparation to leave we flipped over a pillow that we had been using and to our disgust there was an apparent blood stain on the pillow case. I took it to the front desk and the representative didn't even want to touch it. Long story short, the manager never called me as promised. I signed into my Choice Hotels account to make a complaint. I was offered 8,000 points (I indicated I was not interested in points). I requested a monitory reimbursement to my credit card. Over the course of several emails I was reimbursed one day's stay. All of the sheets and towels were dingy. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Can not recommend this hotel.
