Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, ca. 20 Minuten Fußmarsch von der City entfernt. Das Frühstück für 21,-€ war sehr vielfältig, aber für das Geld hätte man frische Bäckerbrötchen erwartet und nicht solche kleinen harten Aufbackschrippen. Als Alternative griff man zum Schwarzbrot, welches sehr lecker und leider immer schnell weg war. Aber auf Bitte wurde neues nachgelegt. Der Frühstücksraum war in sehr romantisches Licht getaucht, da hätten wir uns mehr Licht sehr gewünscht. Zum Abendessen war es angenehmer im Schummerlicht. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Ich nutzte das Hotel nur für eine kurze Nacht, daher kann ich den Wellnessbereich, der offensichtlich im Vordergrund der Gäste steht, nicht bewerten. Einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gab es direkt am Haus. Das Personal an der Rezeption war einigermaßen unkoordiniert und überfordert. Zimmer war o.k., leider etwas kitschig. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

Gleich am Anfang wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und alles wurde uns ausführlich erklärt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern (im geringen Gegensatz zu den Zimmern). Die gestellten Bademäntel waren teilweise kaputt, haben aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Der Pool war sehr kalt, aber dafür konnte man sich in der schönen Saunalandschaft aufwärmen. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr ausreichend und lecker. Den Preis dafür isst man aber trotzdem nicht wirklich ab. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um auch mal das Auto stehen zu lassen und Bus und Bahn zu nutzen. Das im Preis integrierte Fahrtticket für Rostock und Warnemünde ist wirklich super!

Wir waren wieder einmal da. Es gab einige positive Veränderungen, neuer GASTRO- Bereich mit toll gestalteter Terasse und neu gestaltete Zimmer. Das Personal wieder sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Küche auf Sterneniveu mit ständig wechselnden Gerichten. Spitzenmäßig!!!
