The size and furnishings of our comfort room left nothing to be desired. Breakfast is always a highlight and in the evenings there is something for everyone on the small but fine menu. We missed the beef and burgers, though. The staff, both long-serving and new, were equally friendly and personable.

Nice hotel, but breakfast is cleared away 15 minutes before it ends, the fire door right next to our room (206) was broken and slammed shut and the staff knew about the problem but did not feel responsible for it or our complaint.

Even and especially in winter, exploring the surrounding area from the hotel with walks on the beach and in the woods was an experience. The hotel's restaurant and bar were appealing, but the quality of the beds could be improved.

We were there spontaneously for an overnight stay. Beautiful, quiet hotel. Super friendly staff, very competent bar and delicious cocktails. Food was great. There was something for everyone at breakfast. We ate on the terrace in the evening and in the morning, which was very pleasant. The room was nice, clean and the mattresses didn't cause back pain. We didn't manage to use the pool and wellness area in the short time we were there. The proximity to the beach and the Baltic Sea is great at 10 minutes.

Every year we book a 14-day detoxification treatment with the pleasant side effect of moderate weight loss. This time we booked a 14-day meal treatment and an alkaline fast. The double room was much too small. The internet was down and interrupted. There weren't enough loungers in the sauna and there wasn't enough light to read everywhere. The steam sauna was too hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good and recommended. The rooms were clean. The price/performance ratio was OK.
