Very clean. Excellent food at the hotel restaurant!

The checkin was quick. The room was modern and clean. Good restaurant with an outdoor area surrounded by trees. Friendly efficient restaurant staff.

It was reported 38 to 39 degrees in Rostock. So we decided to change to a hotel that had AC. Big mistake, a brand new building no AC. I called the front-desk beforehand to verify AC. They told me that they had. Totally intolerable in 2022 not to set up new buldings without AC. Note, I was to drive 750 km the morning after and Do to overheated room I haven’t slept. Parking, right outside. I used 20 minutes to get my car out at 04:00 this morning, a Guest did not go by the parking rules and couldn’t be bothered to follow rules and regulations. Where the is hotel management to oversee and enforce. I guess all other guests enjoy the significant noise I made outside around 4 this morning lurking my car cack and forth to get out. Check in, booked a Jr suite. When we checked in I argued the price was wrong. No way, had to be my mistake. Well later management told I had payed 48 euro to much. Hello! All of this is a shame really, cause the new building is really nice, smart and well equipped. The wellness treatment is top notch. So management get matters sorted. Not stying here until you AC installed.
