Находится в старом центре Ростова. Легко найти. Очень вежливый персонал. Изумительная чистота. Красивый и оригинальный интерьер. В номерах есть: полотенца, сейф, мини-бар (заполняем сами), очень удобная кровать, подушки, белоснежное белье. В ванной есть фен, диспенсер с мылом. Завтрак - шведский стол, подобрать можно на любой вкус. Мне очень понравилось)))

Вечером,уставшие семьей с детьми приехали в этот отель,попросили семейный номер.Мы из Казахстана,высокомерная девушка Дарья на ресепшене, посмотрев наши паспорта и согласовав с хозяйкой нам отказала в заселении,якобы из-за отсутствия регистрации,на что мы просили и объясняли,что регистрация в течении 90 дней не нужна согласно ратифицированному МЕЖДУНАРОДНОМУ договору.В очень хамской и наглой манере нас выставили из этого "гостевого" дома.Для нас ГОСТЕВОЙ ДОМ,это там где тебе рады,тут уместнее название НОЧЛЕЖКА.В свою очередь хочу пригласить Дарью и хозяйку к нам в Казахстан (хоть я и русская не помню в каком уже поколении) и показать,а может обучить нашему ГОСТЕПРИИМСТВУ!!!Рекомендую изучить правила нахождения ваших клиентов,чтоб уж наверняка владеть информацией.Редкостное ХАМСТВО!!!
