Candice rocks! She is an outstanding representation of an efficient Guest Service Rep. She was very professional and informative while helping me out during my stay. She was able to catch me before I went up to let me know about that I needed a parking pass since I digitally checked in. (Yay I didn't get my car towed). The next morning I was delighted to see that this location's breakfast is AMAZING. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. The breakfast potatoes are a must. Overall great service and clean property.

Everything about the place is quality. I was not pleased that there was no even small refrigerator in my king room. I had medication that had to be kept cold but the front desk staff was amazing and I can't say enough good about that. Did not use the maid service so I can't comment on that. Overall a very good experience.

No free breakfast , no free parking , you pay $2 for water bottle in the room . Stayed on second floor , small window overlooking 1st floor ac unit and exhaust pipes. We paid close to $150 per room per night I think for the area we could find a better hotel and value. Rooms are new and clean .

Went for the Plumbers training 3 weekends in a row. All my time spent here was great. The classrooms were also nice. Everyone on staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast and dinner was very good. The cookies were delicious.

We are Hilton Diamond members, and this is likely the worst Hilton experience we have ever had. The management has been non-existent for three days. There is constantly only ONE employee manning checkin… with lines of waiting guests ten-deep at times. Because we extended our stay (something I had cleared the evening prior), I was exhausted and hurting when I got back to the hotel…but could not get into our room… at midnight. With an injured back, I simply laid on the lobby couch… waiting behind never - ending check-ins…simply to get into the room.

Trenton at the front desk was amazing. My plan had changed slightly and ask if there was a king room available instead of the double I had booked. He had no problems changing and did it with no resistance. He could have very easily said he couldn’t do that, but persisted and made it happen. Additionally, every employee I passed on the hallway, at the front counter, and throughout the property was very friendly and acknowledges my presents. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area.

A quiet out of the way place, secluded, place for a nice triste. When my daughter and I arrived, the desk person told me we didn't have a reservation, ******* was not accepted, it is a 3rd party and she has no reservation for us. I showed her my confirmation#, she said it is not accepted. OK I will call *******, she then changed her tune.
I would not stay there again, I would recommend AVALON in Alpharetta.
