Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta

Room is clean and spacious; it comes with a small living hall. We enjoyed our stay.

Ac was awful. Could turn down to 60 and the room stayed 76.

I wanted to like this place because the interior is clean and updated, but the service here completely misses the mark for a Best Western Plus. When I checked in, the front desk agent, Hortense, gave me a room with a really bad view. When I asked about a late checkout, she told me I’d have to come back and ask the morning clerk—which was especially frustrating because she was the morning clerk the next day, making that runaround entirely intentional. When I went down the next morning, she wasn't even at the desk and had to be called over by coworkers. When I asked if the late checkout was locked in, she claimed she had added a note, but still gave me the runaround before finally confirming it. Breakfast wasn't any better. The attendant was deep in a personal conversation with another guest and completely ignored me when I walked in. When I politely asked where the utensils were so I could actually eat, she gave a curt, dismissive "it's over there" and went right back to her chat, acting like a paying guest was a total imposition. The exterior looks like an older, repurposed building, and while the inside is decent, you expect a baseline of professional hospitality when you pay for a "Plus" location. As a loyalty member, it’s especially baffling—if this is how they treat repeat customers, I shudder to think how they treat non-members. Experiencing this kind of calculated indifference from multiple staff members is unacceptable. I gave them two chances, and based on this stay, I will not be back and cannot recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for a night while we were in the area. The place was convenient, comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was ok.

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Our check in/check out process was simple and the staff were helpful and polite. Location was great for our stay as we were in town for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater. 10/10 would reccomend

DO NOT STAY IF WORKING NIGHTS IN THE AREA. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I've had. I work nights, and despite that, I was repeatedly disturbed in the middle of the day for housekeeping. People who work overnight depend on daytime sleep, and being woken up when you're trying to rest is unacceptable. It's like being woken up at 1 a.m. and told you need to stand in the hall while someone cleans your room.The hotel also didn't even provide microwaves, which is a basic amenity many travelers expect. If you want a hot meal, you're out of luck. I was willing to look past that for the convenience of place and comfortable mattress’sAlso the elevator constantly glitched and acted unpredictably. Having to wonder whether the elevator is going to work properly every time you use it is not something guests should have to deal with. What makes this even more disappointing is that my company had been renting 2–3 rooms here for the past month and was planning to continue staying for the remainder of our job in the area. Instead of retaining a long-term customer, management chose to be rude and dismissive when concerns were brought to their attention. Between the constant interruptions, lack of basic amenities, malfunctioning elevator, and unprofessional management, this hotel showed very little regard for guest comfort or customer service. They have officially lost our business. My company will be moving our rooms elsewhere for the rest of the project, and I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or professionally managed place to stay..
