As always Timothy was a gracious host as was the young lady w/ the black curly hair. The Hamptons are my go to stay especially in Roswell because of the friendliness, quality & cleanliness of the room plus the tasty breakfast fare. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as it was.

carpet stains throughout the hotel, gross looking towels, loud music lounge next door, alarm clock in room woke us up…that’s just the major issues.

The only negative thing I would say is the wifi was not working at all, which made completing my work much more difficult.

This is right on Main st. Good overall location hotel was good, bathroom could have been a little cleaner and floors were sticky when you first walk in. Otherwise rooms were big.
