This is the worst hotel Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. We booked it specifically for pool/hot tub. Broke when we arrived. We also booked for the breakfast, guess what no breakfast was available-which, btw, isn't free. They charge you 10.00 for breakfast. (They said employee didn't show up to cook!) Then they charged the credit card for two nights and we only stayed one night. I've been trying to contact them for over a week plus to get a refund-NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! This is absolutely crazy. Who doesn't answer their phones? Tried calling their 888 number they couldn't help me because they only deal with reservations. I'm done and I'd never stay there again-they need to not charge me a dime for this visit. Give me a voucher, for any Holiday Inn. Yes, I'm upset can you tell.
