Accueil très sympathique, chambre avec balcon agréable, super piscine avec jacuzzis et jets + piscine extérieure, Le restaurant est classe et les plats excellents. Petits déjeuners copieux et très variés. Le cadre est très sympathique.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway. This place should be top of the list. Hidden away in the mountain area of rota d'imanga this family run hotel and spa was truly a very relaxing place with friendly staff always ready to help at a drop of a hat.

Endroit exceptionnelle avec un personnel avenant et gentil. La chambre etait super confortable. Le spa était parfait et le massage incroyable. Restaurant super et déjeuner plus que magnifique. Merci pour ce petit séjour de repos et bien-être. Et la Grappa ... on reviendra 😉

Devo dire che la nostra esperienza è stata veramente positiva, l’albergo si trova in una posizione veramente bella, offre una vista sulla valle sottostante. L’accoglienza è fatta da personale gentile e molto disponibile. La nostra camera è spaziosa e ben arredata, unico neo i materassi, per noi non sono stati scomodi. La spa è ben progettata, gli spazi sono ben distribuiti, nel primo piano la sauna, bagno turco, le docce emozionali, tisane e zone relax. Al piano inferiore le piscine, le vasche idromassaggio, interne e esterne, e anche qui una zona relax.. il giardino esterno non siamo riusciti a sfruttarlo a causa del brutto tempo. Altra bellissima esperienza è stato il ristorante, cibi veramente deliziosi con preparazione veramente fine e accurata, una buona scelta di primi e secondi alla carta, ordine e pulizia, bicchieri e posate sempre brillanti senza nessun segno o macchia. Il servizio ECCELLENTE i ragazzi in sala sono molto seri e professionali, precisi e molto educati. Anche le colazioni sono di tutto rispetto, una varietà di cose molto ampia, dai dolci al salato, dai cereali alla frutta e la qualità è molto alta. Anche qui il servizio è sempre top! Veramente bravi! Insomma è stata un ottima esperienza che sicuramete ripeteremo. F. e E.

Ho trascorso una notte con mio marito in questo hotel vicino a casa: è stata davvero una bella scoperta! Professionalità e pulizia la fanno da padrone! Il servizio ristorazione (sia cena che colazione) è ottimo: i piatti sono cucinati con gusto e sono presentati molto bene. L'unica nota dolente la camera troppo calda: non sono riuscita a dormire bene! La SPA è un gioiellino: torneremo sicuramente anche solo per ore, perché ne vale la pena!! Complimenti a tutti voi per l'ottima gestione!

Se volete usufruire di uno smart box che vi è stato regalato preparatevi a sentirvi clienti di serie B. Per prenotare l'ingresso siamo stati rimbalzati più volte perchè ogni volta ci hanno risposto che nel weekend danno precedenza ai clienti senza questi pacchetti perchè se no loro ci perderebbero. Se ragionate così non mettetevi su questi canali che al posto di farvi una bella pubblicità lasciate al cliente un'impressione negativa. Detto ciò abbiamo usufruito del nostro pacchetto ma abbiamo dovuto pagare 10 € in più a persona (ci tengo a sottolineare che sullo smartbox non c'era scritto che se si volesse andare nel weekend bisognasse pagare un supplemento e la risposta che mi è stata data telefonicamente è stata: te lo stiamo dicendo noi ora) abbiamo deciso di recarci in struttura lo stesso perchè era l'unica struttura della zona. Detto ciò la struttura è molto intima, carina la zona benessere, l'unica pecca l'acqua della vasca era tiepida, il ristorante invece ottimo abbiamo mangiato benissimo!

Cena prenotata alle 21.30 chiesto conferma alle 21.00.. Confermata.. Orario d'arrivo alla sala ristorazione ore 21.32.. Ci è stata negata la cena ridendoci in faccia.. Per tutto il resto molto consigliato.. Se volete stare in linea prenotate anche la cena.. Altrimenti se volete cenare vi consiglio di avere un piano b..
