Todo se desarrolló a la perfección. Situación excelente, aparcamiento cercano, estupendas instalaciones, magnífica atención por parte del personal, buena comida en el restaurante El Embarcadero. En fin, todo muy bien. Recomendable.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und Meer auf der einen und am Rande der Altstadt auf der anderen Seite. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und korrekt. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick in der 3. Etage war perfekt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Doch es gibt nichts, was man nicht noch verbessern kann: Auf den Toiletten im Erd- und Untergeschoss fehlte schon mal Papier zum Händeabtrocknen. Im Frühstückraum wiesen Besteck und Gläser des öfteren noch Spuren des Spülvorgangs auf. Die Bar war noch nicht geöffnet. Da uns ansonsten im und am Haus alles sehr gut gefallen hat, würden wir jederzeit in der Region dieses Haus erneut buchen und können es auch weiterempfehlen.

This is a great hotel. The staff is amazing and the view is unbelievable. Highly recommended. Location, location, location. It’s near anywhere you want to go!!! Food and fun, and relaxation. This hotel is in the heart of all that. If you have the opportunity to stay here don’t hesitate.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer diese Art des Urlaubes bevorzugt (an einem Standort, kleine Ausflüge nach Jerez oder Cadiz, lange Strandspaziergänge), immer eine Empfehlung. Danke - Grazias

The hotel was very pleasant but I found the beds to be very hard and uncomfortable. They need gel mattress toppers and the room keys we’re having to be constantly redone because they wouldn’t work I was disappointed the massage center was not located in this hotel

Es war eine schöne Woche dort. Das Frühstück ist einfach der Wahnsinn :) Wir waren 1 Woche dort,das Hotel war noch nicht so voll,es kam einen zumindest nicht so vor. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Für uns war es perfekt :) eine Empfehlung von uns als Familie,wenn man es mal ruhiger mag :) ein Danke dafür .

Waren nun schon das dritte Mal in diesem wunderbaren Hotel und abermals äußerst zufrieden. Erstklassige Lage direkt am Strand und bei der Altstadt, wunderschöne Zimmer, erstklassiger Service, wunderbares Frühstück und super Restaurant. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und wir kommen sicher wieder. Zum dritten Mal eine absolute Empfehlung.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Terrasse in der 4ten Etage. Das Zimmer hatte einen hohen, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommenen Standard. Es war sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt die ein oder andere kleine Renovierung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und das freundliche Personal war immer hilfsbereit, schnell und diskret. Altstadt, Promenade und Fähranleger im Hafen sich fußläufig erreichbar. Die Parkgarage kostet 14.- pro Tag extra und ist zu empfehlen.
