Hotel situated right in front of the main beach. Staff is very friendly food reasonable great pool on roof with bar and stunning views of the sea. I would recommend to families and couples.

Lovely hotel great location, always get a lounger no matter what time of day it was even though people were reserving towels and not even showing their face.

Perfect location facing the sea and with many services around.
Easy to park on the street since the parking hotel charges €10 per day and there is free parking outside.
The breakfast buffet very good.
The air conditioning in the room did NOT work very well, there is NO air in any other area of the restaurant, which is quite inconvenient for these times.
The safe in the room did NOT work, we reported it and it was never fixed.
The phone in the room did NOT work, so if we wanted to report something to #9 which is the reception we could NOT.
The room is spacious, simple but comfortable.

Great location. Facing the beach. But also if you are transported to move around the rest of the island.
The room was nothing special but still adequate. The air conditioning works well but a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers. Personally, we preferred to cut it at night. Parking is chargeable. The breakfast is really great! We can't wait to wake up to enjoy it. Note that there is a dress code for dinner at the Cap Roig restaurant as well as for the terrace/pool on the 5th floor, which is prohibited for children.

I checked out with a short dark haired lady and went to the lobby to feed my baby before our pick up. We got our baby fed and asleep. On the way out past reception to the door, a tall dark haired lady started shouting "CHECK OUT! YOU DIDNT CHECK OUT" I turned and said yes we checked out and she continued shouting "NO YOU DIDNT, I NEED YOUR ROOM NUMBER" She shouted that much she woke my baby. The shorted haired lady came out from the office with all the noise and she seen me and said yes she is checked out. The tall lady turned and walked away. She never apologied or said bye. So Rude! This is not the way we should have been spoken to after being a guest! Truly unacceptable!!! She made me feel like I was trying to sneek out without paying or something. Along with wakening me baby!!

Myself and 7 friends have just returned from H10 in Santa Ponsa, Majorca. We had a delightful time in this amazingly located hotel (opposite the beach) The staff were courteous, efficient and very accommodating. The poolside entertainment was very jolly and not intrusive. We were on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were enough to keep us going for the whole day. The infinity pool and bar area was fantastic with the most amazing views. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely . big shout out to the following staff on reception....Auba , Timothy , Ian , Raul there customer service is excellant... very helpful and freindly and smiley. The worst was a tall lady with long hair she had a attitude problem.. never smiled... very abrubt... she should not be on reception... she has no people skills... so unfreindly. Pool area lovely always plenty of sunloungers. We only had breakfast which was good. Lovely room. Hotel in great position... lits of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Santa ponsa is lovely.
