Lack of considerations for guests. We arrived during a period of hot weather, due to the airflow from Africa, but there was no anticipation from the hotel for the guests. The central air conditioning was still in heating mode, only 1 bottle of water was provided during our 4-day stay. We were only advised to open the window, to make our room cooler, even though one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the air conditioning. After a second complaint, we were given another room in a cooler location. The water supply was cut off due to repair at the swimming pool without any notice to the guests. I was in the toilet at the time. When we were using the spa facilities, our peace and comfort was disturbed by some people who came inside the spa facilities making noise, setting up camera equipment, etc. We politely asked the spa manager to stop the activities of those people as it disturbed our comfort, but was ignored, citing that those people were hotel contractor who were doing a photo shoot for hotel marketing. We tried to stay calm, but couldn't and decided to leave the facility. There was no apology, including from the spa manager and duty manager who were there at the time. We took the complaint to one of the receptionists, as the duty manager refused to speak to us. Unfortunately, the conversation did not look positive to us. They blamed the contractor too much and tried to bribe us with a complimentary dinner at the hotel that we didn't use.
