Sentido Fido Punta del Mar Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

We absolutely loved our stay here. The facilities are wonderful and kept spotlessly clean, the views are stunning, and the food and drinks really high quality, with lots of choice. What really makes this hotel special, however, is the wonderful team. Everyone we met, from the first greeting at the reception desk to the final poolside drinks service, was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everyone works so hard, nothing is too much trouble, and service comes with a genuinely warm smile. We are already looking forward to returning.

Just love this hotel. There are amazing sea views everywhere in this hotel, every bedroom, the dining room, bar area, blue bar, even the reception area. The food is great. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but what sets it above the rest is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From the reception staff and dining room staff, even the cleaners. The bar staff are so attentive (even before you tip ) and always smiling, even said hello when we passed them in the street. But I must give a special mention to the wonderful entertainment manager Christian. He is great, never too pushy or loud, just brilliant at getting you to join in things you’d never dream of doing. In fact, we came home with 5 certificates (yes you do revert to childhood and really want one of these😀). All in all I just can’t find any faults with this hotel and would recommend to any age (adults)

This was our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel. Everything was, as expected, pretty near perfect - staff, meals, rooms etc. It was my birthday during our stay and I even received a card from the hotel manager & staff. I recommend this hotel very highly. We will return next year.

Great relaxing adults only hotel. Breakfast was a fantastic array of foods to suit all dietary requirements . The Staff were all friendly . We were only there for a few days and would most definitely recommend this place. In our opinion a daily bottle of water in the room would be a great addition instead of just a bottle on first day.

Stayed here late April for a long weekend. The staff are so friendly and polite, the views from the lobby/rooms and pool are STUNNING. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and again very friendly staff. The outdoor pool is very cold… but never the less very pretty and again well kept and clean. The indoor pool and spa is absolutely lovely and super clean again. We stayed over my bday weekend and they left a little card and some chocolates which was a lovely touch. Only a short walk to the centre of Santa Ponsa, is also very close to bus stops with links to Andrax and Palma. Overall I had a lovely stay and would be keen to come back!

We saw the reviews so decided to book here. We have been to the resort many times but not to this hotel. Everything everyone says is correct. The staff are excellent, very pleasant and helpful and they are well staffed too. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The rooms are quite basic (could do with some drawers) but adequate. Our view was magnificent and I think all rooms have views. They turned aircon off as the weather cooled but this made the rooms quite stuffy and hot at nights. The location is great, a short walk to shops and bars but nice and quiet. We booked an early breakfast on the day of departure and weren’t very impressed as there were no drinks - hot or cold! Otherwise everything was great.

Visited this Hotel on numerous occasions, over the last 12 years with my hubby, never get tired of coming here, just love the hotel. Fantastic views and lovely staff, who are very attentive and friendly. Rooms lovely and clean. I stayed 3 nights this time, along with my daughter and friends, for a small break away, wish we could have stayed longer.

Lack of considerations for guests. We arrived during a period of hot weather, due to the airflow from Africa, but there was no anticipation from the hotel for the guests. The central air conditioning was still in heating mode, only 1 bottle of water was provided during our 4-day stay. We were only advised to open the window, to make our room cooler, even though one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the air conditioning. After a second complaint, we were given another room in a cooler location. The water supply was cut off due to repair at the swimming pool without any notice to the guests. I was in the toilet at the time. When we were using the spa facilities, our peace and comfort was disturbed by some people who came inside the spa facilities making noise, setting up camera equipment, etc. We politely asked the spa manager to stop the activities of those people as it disturbed our comfort, but was ignored, citing that those people were hotel contractor who were doing a photo shoot for hotel marketing. We tried to stay calm, but couldn't and decided to leave the facility. There was no apology, including from the spa manager and duty manager who were there at the time. We took the complaint to one of the receptionists, as the duty manager refused to speak to us. Unfortunately, the conversation did not look positive to us. They blamed the contractor too much and tried to bribe us with a complimentary dinner at the hotel that we didn't use.

We have visited this hotel many many times and have never been disappointed. All staff are pleasant, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the views from every room we have had are superb. The food prices at the poolside seem to have risen quite a bit but the food is very good quality.
