The breakfast is quite delicious. I must give it a thumbs up. Tables have been arranged for each room in advance. Parking is free, but the number is limited. It is about 700 meters away from the east gate. There is a gas station and a small supermarket next to it. There is a lidl about 500 meters away, which is quite good!

Hôtel de famille simple à 10min à pied des remparts mais bien entretenu et propre. Accueil agréable. Les chambres ont une décoration un peu désuète même si le mobile est récent (tentures kitch, rideaux vieux, salle de bain ancienne). Bons matelas. La salle du petit déjeuner est lumineuse et était joliment décorée pour Pâques. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est correct mais cela manque de choix dans les produits de boulangerie sucrés car il y avait seulement des muffins/cake industriels...heureusement que le pain était excellent. Nous avons malheureusement mal dormi car il faisait vraiment trop chaud dans les chambres (malgré le radiateur que nous avons éteint et les températures fraîches de mars)....et si on ouvre la fenêtre, on a beaucoup de bruit de la route juste devant (qui est fréquentée)

Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Zudem sind die Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Das Frühstück hat alles, was man braucht, von Rührei bis Joghurt und was kleines Süßes. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaffeemaschind mit gutem Kaffee.

We came late to stay here and the staff was very nice to call us to confirm our stay. The hotel was family business and was not large but very nice. The room was nice with comfy bed and nice room. The staff was very nice and friendly, But the very best was breakfast which was very tasty and delicious. Highly recommended.

Many comments said they thought the decor was rather old. We found it extremely charming. And I think it was one of the cleanest and and best maintained hotels I've ever stayed in.

10 minute walk to the center of town. They had nice parking and a good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this if anyone is visiting Rothenberg.
