I stay every week for business, and the staff are amazing! Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and it is nice to see a friendly face when away from home. The rooms are also great and the breakfast (specifically the hash browns) is delicious, would highly recommend.

Was greeted on reception by Shelbie who was very pleasant and welcoming. After getting settled in my room I went to the restaurant, Lauren came to take my order she gave me some good recommendations, I decided on chicken tikka and chips which was very tasty. Lauren was a very polite young lady and gave me service with a smile. I asked who the chefs was that had cooked my food and was informed by Dan it was Matthew and Ben. I later went to the bar to get another drink Daisy greeted me with a smile, she also was very polite. All round amazing experience which was helped by all staff tonight. I will definitely be coming back again soon!!

We booked this hotel for a weekend visit to our daughter and her partner. We chose it for price and location and were not disappointed.
Our only slight quibbles were the toilet (which was a bit low for two oldies with minor mobillity issues) and the face the bathroom door and storage drawers didn’t seem to want to stay closed.
It was also a little noisy at night as there is a railway siding immediately behind where containers are unloaded from trains day and night.

The team lead by Ben the hotel manager go above and beyond to look after there customers, we had a fantastic experience staying over two nights accommodation excellent food excellent breakfast and dinner , all the team we’re happy to help all the time . Excellent stay ,we will be back .
