Location is superb. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. But the toilet seat is not properly cleaned..it has ‘****’ stain on it when we checked in.

Cleanliness and amenities can be improved. Shower design not practical and poor water pressure. Air-conditioning and heating not available in bedroom.

Me and my wife and a 3 year old daughter stayed here for 3days and we were so satisfied on our accomodation by this place. So clean. So peaceful. What We really love is the private spa. My daughter also enjoyed the bath tub. Surely, we will comeback here and will recommend it to others.

Not in the town center But still handy to reach everything, staffs are very helpful and friendly, and always provide sufficient towels and other facilities even without asking. Spa is very nice, sauna/swimming pool not the biggest but qvery lovely to have especially for children. Kids friendly and definitely will come back!

All round very good people and room. Safe parking too.

It was a pleasure stay in Asure Rotorua International Motor Inn, it’s close to a lot of tourist attractions like Skyline, Agrodome etc. we would return if we visit Rotorua again

Clean, modern and met all our needs. Having spent the last two weeks in four different motels, this motel was by far the best. I would gladly pay extra to stay at this motel.

The room was big, with kitchen facilities, a normal small motel, it was raining outside, but the room was warm, which was nice. The location was very convenient, close to the mud baths.

Very satisfied, there is a supermarket next to it where you can buy things and cook in the kitchen in the room, which is very convenient. The experience is very good. There is also a bathing pool outside the room. Although it is not used, the overall space is large. Parking is free, which is suitable for self-driving. There is a gas station opposite the hotel, and there is a convenience store where you can buy water.

It was my first time staying in a motel. I was worried before I checked in. I felt very good after I checked in. Clean, quiet, convenient transportation, parking, car wash facilities, and a gas station right outside. It was also convenient to drive to the geothermal park. All in all, it was a very good experience

The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is good. The New Zealand girl at the front desk is enthusiastic and cheerful, and the girl from Northeast China is also nice. A quiet motel, very suitable for Chinese self-driving tourists!

I drove from Auckland to Rotorua and chose this hotel because it was convenient for parking and cooking! Just like other hotels in New Zealand, there is enough space! ! Huang Chao bought steak and lamb chops salad nearby. Don't enjoy eating meat too much after taking a hot spring bath. The room is very quiet and comfortable. Recommended!
