The location is very central and convenient. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room has a comfortable bed and luxuriously roomy bathroom. We charged our electric car overnight in the hotel’s car park. Our family of three had a comfortable stay throughout. We would definitely book this place again.

located right in the middle of the town. Perfect town to stay a night if you are driving further down south.

We have a good 2 days stay at pullman rotorua. It has great location as it is quick to travel to nearby tourist attractions and good food places from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay on the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family including an infant. Room was pretty spacious. Staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, there seems to be bed bugs or dust mites on the floor carpet as I got plenty of bites around my ankle. Went ahead to inform the front desk but I was told that there were absolutely no bed bugs in the hotel. Overall room is ok except for the cleanliness.

I make a booking via Trip.com and paid for that , but the hotel charge again on my credit card .The service not good due to refund payment ( double charge) and delay on refund payment
