Das Hotel wurde während der Corona-Lock-Downs komplett renoviert. Es gehört der Familie Ehrmann, die auch das gesamte Personal während der über 1 jährigen Umbauphase behalten haben. Der Service war schon früher sehr gut - jetzt trifft das auch auf alle Räume zu. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Bei dieser Preisklasse muss alles stimmen - auch im Tegernseer Tal. Leider ist dies nicht der Fall. In unserer Suite fehlten Ablageflächen und das Bad war schlecht beleuchtet, was vor allem für Damen äußerst unvorteilhaft ist. Das Personal hat offenbar Freude daran "alte Bekannte" zu bevorzugen und gelegentliche Gäste hatten das Nachsehen - besonders an der Bar. Ganz ausgezeichnet ist das Restaurant, was zu Recht mit 2 Michelin-Sternen gekrönt ist. Essen ja, Übernachten nur im Notfall!

Ein toller Kurzurlaub im Wellnessbereich mit einem Superfrühstück. Alles in angenehmster Wohlfühla**osphäre. Hierzu trägt nicht nur die umliegende Natur bei. Der Baustil des aufgelockerten Gebäudekomplexes lässt vergessen, dass hier doch über 100 Zimmer bzw. Suiten vorhanden sind. Innen eine gelungene Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne. The reason for our visit was Vinalia 2024, an event organized for the first time that was intended to combine the great cuisine of Thomas Kellermann with selected wines from five different top winemakers. The conclusion: It should definitely become a standard in the hotel's series of events. Each winemaker was assigned two dishes from the kitchen, each to match a white and a red wine. The pairing was wonderful, the plates perfect, the service fast, friendly and uncomplicated. The whole setting of the event was informal, you moved from station to station and chatted with chefs and winemakers. Anton Halbmayr and Thomas Kellermann "led" through the evening, were always present and in a great mood. We ended up in this house by chance, everything is very well maintained and very clean. The spa is beautifully done, everything is top notch! Very nice garden, everything is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We slept wonderfully - great beds and pillows. The food was also very good. If you want to spend a nice holiday, this house is the place for you. We will come back and recommend it to others!

This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. The visit was perfect in every way. The hotel was remarkably clean in absolutely every area. As a dog owner, I really enjoyed the warm welcome my dog received. There was a high-quality dog bed, bowls and treats in the room. There were dog wipes at the hotel entrance to clean the paws. Incredibly great. I can 100 percent recommend this hotel. Anyone who goes there will 1000 percent not be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful stay
