Nice place really closed to the Rotterdam central station.

Unfriendly staff, slow, uncooperative. Bad location, far from any public transport.

This chain hotel has white sheets covering the pillows, which is a bit scary. Who noticed that it was placed like this? Parking is relatively convenient, but it is not suitable to come here in this season. It rains heavily and drizzles every day, which is really boring.

The hotel is located in a remote area, there is no kettle in the room, and the hair dryer is so poor that it can't dry your hair at all.

Great welcome and warm service, nothing to complain about the staff (smiling people answer our questions and take the time to explain to you! Unfortunately this is not the case for the housekeepers who do not do their part (apart from one relatively clean bed (hair still found in it) dust is not made anywhere, dust settles absolutely everywhere, crumbs lie on the desk, traces on the bottom of the beds as well as the doors and handles. don't want to touch it, not to mention the toilet if you dare to lift the seat you will find a mixture of drying urine and other unknown stains) In addition to that we had to deal with mosquitoes which did not! doesn't matter because there's not much they can do about it. Enough for a single night but lacking in cleanliness, thanks to the ladies at reception and the waiter in the dining room for raising the standard!

Excellent and neat hotel, neat rooms and a fast route to and from the highway. Quite far from the center and public transport

European standard breakfast, old room facilities, free parking, but not very convenient transportation without a car.

Nice room, clean and tidy

Bad experience. On arrival our room turned out to be dirty, we immediately reported this to the reception, after which we were told by an arrogant blonde lady from the reception that the room had just been “cleaned” and was good. She did not want to give another room, but after continuing for a long time we got another room. The rooms are dirty and dusty lots of dirty stains on the furniture and floors!! And very unfriendly staff!!!!
