Nous avons découvert ce lieu magnifique à l'occasion de retrouvailles entre amis (11 personnes) le temps d'un week-end. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires (visite guidée du site ; conseils sur les activités dans la région) ainsi que la qualité des prestations proposées (gîtes rénovés avec goût et bien équipés ; salle de jeux). Avec une mention spéciale pour la piscine chauffée qui a fait le bonheur de nos ados ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en essayant de rester un peu plus longtemps pour profiter pleinement de ce site !

I can't begin to describe how amazing this place is. From the communication before arrival to the actual stay itself, everything was perfect. The hosts are so friendly; we were given a lovely tour including the troglodytic caves and an explanation of the history of the site. It's FASCINATING! We were even told to help ourselves to the delicious fresh herbs growing in their garden and use their washing line, if we needed. The gite itself was immaculately clean and well though-out. The bed was soooo comfortable and there was even a window looking into one of the cellars, complete with original wine-making machinery. The pool is a real highlight; heated, big enough (and deep enough) to properly swim in and with a toilet, shower and changing room. A perfect spot to laze around in the sun! We are very much planning to return to En Rou Libre. There are lots of things in the area we still want to do and we have never stayed in such a perfect place. Thank-you to the family for such a wonderful holiday!

We spent a lovely few days with Jean-Phillipe and Michelle in this very tranquil and beautiful part of rural France. Jean-Phillipe had some local wines available to sample and also has a BBQ that can be used and a games room. The swimming pool was very clean and everything very well maintained.
It’s a short drive to Saumur where there are shops and restaurants and activities such as bike hire. Would recommend.

Une amie a louée le site pour fêter ces 30 ans, nous étions une petites quarantaine. L'endroit est parfait pour organiser des événements mais malheureusement les propriétaires sont omniprésents. Ils ont même fait même visiter à de futurs clients durant notre présence sans prévenance. Il ferme la piscine a l'heure qu'ils décident, sans demander rien à personne sans oublier les rondes fréquentes au milieu de tous les invités. Il est dommage de se sentir constamment contrôler lors d'un évènement personnel.

Domaine très agréable et parfaitement adapté à notre fête d’anniversaire sur 2 jours. Prestations impeccablement orchestrées par les propriétaires, qui sont sympathiques mais quand même « un peu trop présents »……..!

Nous avons découvert ce magnifique endroit, calme et reposant, avec une piscine magnifique et profonde accolée à deux caves troglodytes typiques de la région. Notre gite cadre noir était d’une propreté irréprochable et entièrement équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, TV, sèche serviette, etc…) le tout dans un cadre très agréable mêlant modernité et rénovation de très grande qualité, une pure merveille. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires extrêmement sympathiques qui nous ont racontés l’histoire passionnante du lieu. Le prix est raisonnable et la prestation haut de gamme, notre seul regret est d’avoir dû partir !!! Nous reviendrons très certainement goûter à ce petit havre de paix.
