We stayed here over the Paris Roubaix weekend, had an excellent stay. Great breakfast, parking close by, Easily Cycleable to the Roubaix velodrome in the morning. The manager was extremely helpful, and good English which was useful as my French is terrible. The room was comfortable, could probably do with a couple more pillows, and it was a touch warm, no matter what we pressed to cool it down, but the window was easily opened to let a breeze in.

All has changed since the change of manager. The rooms are cleaner. The house is done regularly. Works were done in the rooms and the reception. The client is much more serious. The nights are quiet and watched. And the new manager Gabriel is listening to your less desires! You will not regret it.Give his chance to the new manager who has given all the means to change the image of the Kyriad Hotel a Roubaix. 😊I count on you.Thank you. 😉

Booked the hotel via *********** at a reasonable price for the world cup rugby game. Email from the hotel a week or so later to say there was an error with my booking and we'd been bumped to a sister (cheaper) hotel miles from Lille centre and the rugby stadium. 1) if there was a problem with the booking how did they have my details and booking info. 2) we were cancelled because we'd presumably booked at a non- premium rugby rate. 3) they'd booked us into the cheaper 'sister' chain.. who actually had no record of our booking .. so then had to re-book at whatever the premium rate was. Awful service and attitude for a 'mistake' their end.
